Job Description
FTE-HYBRID-MINI 6 YRS - HYDERABAD - IMMEDIATE START - MAX 18 LPA
Job Description:
- SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking AT L3 (3 to 8 years of experience)
- Balanced scorecard categories
- Time Type and Time Type Groups Up to 10
- Knowledge on Multiple Work Schedules (Duration Clock Times and shifts)
- Hands on experience on Leave Types and Leave Balances as per labour law of Client
- Auto delegation configured with different leave types
- Experience on Time Valuation Profiles & Time Recording Profiles
- Experience on Grade Rounding Work Schedules
- Good knowledge on Configuration of company specific leaves and leave quotas. Up to 15 leaves
- Configuration of Holiday and Holiday Calendars must be known
- Automatic quota creation with company specific accrual policies.
- Approval matrix for leave application.
- Idea on Up to 3-time attendance policy across the organization & Overtime minimum & maximum hours
- calculation Business Rules (Up to 15)
- Creating Standard Reports

- Strong executive presence and ability to interact at various levels
- Leadership through communication coaching and mentoring to achieve collective success
- Excellent facilitation skills to build relationships and foster trust at all organizational levels
- Excellent soft skills and verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements
- Able to link the business wish to an IT solution
