Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic for the Bryant Building in Tallahassee. The ideal candidate will perform daily inspections and minor repairs of HVAC plumbing and electrical systems ensuring optimal building functionality. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to handle on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily inspections and perform repairs on HVAC plumbing and electrical systems.
Execute preventive maintenance and maintain documentation for building equipment.
Monitor life safety components and ensure janitorial services meet standards.
Assist with office relocations and furniture assembly as needed.
Manage building security systems including access control and reporting.

Key Skills:

5 years of commercial building maintenance experience.
Proficient in using maintenance tools and equipment.
Ability to read blueprints and perform skilled trades functions.
Capable of lifting objects up to 50 pounds and climbing for installations.
Strong English communication skills both verbal and written.
