Job Description:
We are seeking a ServiceNow Solutions Engineer 2 with strong expertise in configuring and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the platform and experience in maintaining various asset and configuration management repositories. This role involves providing technical guidance and support to deliver effective solutions as well as integrating with third-party applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement Service Graph Connectors.
- Maintain CMDB Asset Management and other repositories.
- Expert in ITSM and CSM modules including platform architecture and configurations.
- Implement integrations using REST APIs and SOAP; familiarity with Integration Hub and Flow Designer.
- Perform platform upgrades and evaluate security alerts.
