Job Summary
- 10 years of experience in project program management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience managing global Multi Country programs and application portfolios across ERP CRM eCommerce and/or other enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of portfolio governance SDLC Agile/Waterfall methodologies and enterprise architecture.
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and a high degree of business acumen.
- PMP PgMP or SAFe certifications preferred.
- Experience working with remote distributed teams across different time zones.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce Oracle.
- Experience managing regulatory and compliance-related programs in highly regulated industries e.g. healthcare finance telecom.
- Multilingual capability or international work experience is a plus
