As the Managing Director you will lead and drive growth within our Consulting Practices in APAC
including Japan. You will set strategic direction ensure operational excellence and enable
sustainable growth across all four of K2s service lines with a primary focus on consulting sectors
such as digital transformation in ERP (especially SAP) ServiceNow Salesforce AI Data and
Integration and Microsoft This professional will be responsible for setting strategic direction
overseeing operational execution and ensuring sustainable growth across multiple consulting
sectors such as digital transformation ERP solutions cloud technologies and emerging tech
solutions. The Managing Director will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and collaborate closely
with regional senior leadership playing a critical role in expanding our market presence client base
and service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Business Development
Develop and implement business strategies to grow the Consulting Practices in alignment
with K2 Partnering Solutions overarching goals.
Identify market trends new service opportunities and areas for innovation.
Expand client relationships and partnerships by identifying new opportunities and delivering
tailored consulting solutions.
Collaborate with sales teams to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
Partner with sales and delivery teams to drive pipeline close deals and achieve revenue
goals.
Serve as a strategic advisor to clients ensuring delivery excellence and business value.
Operational Management:
Oversee daily operations and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality consulting
engagements.
Drive performance management through KPIs client feedback and commercial outcomes.
Build and scale a high-performing team while also collaborating with leaders across K2s
a culture of collaboration innovation and accountability.
Develop and manage budgets P&L and resource allocation to achieve financial objectives.
Requirements & Skills
Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a consulting technology services or
digital transformation organization.
Experience in SAP consulting or broader ERP transformation work is preferred.
Strong track record of delivering profitable growth and leading large complex teams.
Extensive experience in business development and client relationship management.
Deep understanding of consulting delivery models market dynamics and emerging
technologies.
Exceptional strategic thinking problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Outstanding leadership communication and interpersonal abilities.
Bachelors degree in business technology or a related field (MBA or advanced degree
preferred).
Familiarity with digital transformation cloud solutions ERP systems and related domains.
Experience working in a global or multicultural environment.
Strong network and industry connections in the consulting or IT sectors.
