Role Summary
As a (Senior) Technical Business Analyst at GFT you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be responsible for writing business requirements conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and managing change initiatives. Your role will involve coordinating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of project milestones.
Key Responsibilities
Capture analyze and translate business needs into clear testable requirements and user stories.
Define document and validate API specifications and integration flows with internal and external systems.
Produce process flows and maintain Confluence documentation for shared understanding.
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams manage backlog and support Agile ceremonies.
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Retail Banking or Fintech.
Strong techno-functional skills with a solid understanding of core banking platforms (e.g. Card Onboarding AML Fraud Management etc).
Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery.
Proficient in project methodology and Agile development processes (e.g. Scrum).
Skilled in writing use cases workflows business processes and functional specifications.
Familiarity with tools like Lucid Chart Miro Jira and Figma.
Understanding of digital platforms and underlying technologies.
Strong sense of ownership entrepreneurial spirit and a can-do attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with digital transformation projects.
Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the financial sector.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
