Job Summary

Sales Manager (Hybrid)-Full Time
Location: Waukegan IL 60085
What you will be doing:

  • Leading developing and executing a sales strategy with independent sales representatives.
  • Representing Danpal at industry events trade shows and networking functions.
  • Collaborating with the Architectural community by providing product presentations.
  • Managing a sales team.
  • Problem-solving and analyzing sales strategies.
  • Staying updated with the construction industry or building envelope products.

Experience you will need:

  • Proven sales experience and experience in managing a team.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry or building envelope products.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • A Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel up to 33% as needed.
  • Experience with architectural product sales is preferred.
