What you will be doing:
- Leading developing and executing a sales strategy with independent sales representatives.
- Representing Danpal at industry events trade shows and networking functions.
- Collaborating with the Architectural community by providing product presentations.
- Managing a sales team.
- Problem-solving and analyzing sales strategies.
- Staying updated with the construction industry or building envelope products.
Experience you will need:
- Proven sales experience and experience in managing a team.
- Knowledge of the construction industry or building envelope products.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- A Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Willingness to travel up to 33% as needed.
- Experience with architectural product sales is preferred.
