Job Summary
- Experienced in managingPredictive Dialer technology.
- Able toeffectively communicate and comprehend instructions in English.
- Knowledge of voice telecommunications technologies including PBX ACD AOD IVR Chat SMS Predictive Dialers and Voicemail.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite including Word Excel PowerPoint &strong written communication skills.
- The CRM Delegated Administrator is responsible for managing configuring supporting troubleshooting strategizing and creating custom solutions for the all CRM applications that are related to the Call Center.
- Act as Technical and systems liaison between EBS and Client IT and Operations all technical aspects of client projecton-boarding.
- Act as companys internet police monitoring internet and email-use while ensuring adherence to companys usage policies.
- Desired but not required: experience with VoIP and website designing.
