We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day administrative operations ensure smooth office functioning support various departments and contribute to a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office supplies equipment and inventories
- Coordinate with vendors service providers and building management
- Handle incoming calls emails and correspondence
- Maintain records and documentation in an organized manner
- Assist in organizing meetings travel and company events
- Monitor housekeeping office maintenance and cleanliness
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Preferred Attributes
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
- 13 years of relevant administrative experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mind-set
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
