Responsibilities
Position Summary:
As our Manager Clinic Operations at California Hospital you will manage all operational aspects of our free-standing ultra-modern Los Angeles Center for Womens Health. The Center is dedicated to enhancing the health and well being of women with comprehensive services including general check-ups breast and gynecologic health and wellness and prevention. You will work closely with staff and medical providers to ensure fiduciary and clinic goals are met proactively determine workload priorities through planning coordinate and manage staff and providers to meet the administrative operational and support requirements. You will be a visible leader engaging staff and promoting a positive culture that prioritizes humankindness and patient-centric care consistent with Dignity Healths mission vision and values.

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree required or a combination of education and/or additional job related experience in lieu of the degree.
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in related field required.
- Minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience required.
- Working knowledge of community clinic/health center operations required.
