This role is more than a jobits a chance to be a bridge between Emergency Communications Centers (ECCs) and the communities they serve ensuring that life-saving resources are supported connected and thriving.

Every day telecommunicators are the first voice someone hears in an emergency. The ECC Regional Coordinator ensures those voices are supportedby building trusted relationships listening to their needs and working alongside them to enhance operations advocate for resources and foster innovation in public safety communications.

This position is all about people:

Supporting ECC staff through regular communication engagement and appreciation.
Partnering with managers vendors and agencies to strengthen collaboration and trust.
Advocating for the needs of ECCs and championing the role of telecommunicators.
Helping centers recruit train and retain the people who answer the call when it matters most.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for ECCs maintaining open ongoing communication.
Build meaningful relationships through on-site visits meetings and regular engagement.
Collaborate on training compliance and wellness programs to support telecommunicators.
Advocate for ECCs in legislative industry and community settings.
Foster partnerships and innovation to strengthen the public safety communication system.

Requirements: Associates degree (or equivalent) 13 years of experience valid drivers license. ENP certification preferred or obtainable.

FLSA: Exempt

Compensation: $63000-$70000 depending on qualifications and experience.
