As a Hospitality & Gift Wrap Assistant youll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our clients during the most magical time of the year. Youll bring warmth polish and efficiency to our sales floorensuring every client feels welcomed and every gift leaves beautifully wrapped.

We are seeking friendly detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

What Youll Do:

• Welcome and direct clients with genuine hospitality setting the tone for an exceptional in-store experience.

• Support the sales team by anticipating needs managing client flow and keeping the floor beautifully stocked and organized.

• Provide elegant gift wrapping for purchases ensuring every presentation reflects our brands attention to detail and care.

• Assist with retrieving tracing and checking merchandise to support seamless sales operations.

• Collaborate with teammates to create a joyful professional atmosphere during the busy holiday season.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager on duty.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.

• 12 years of customer service experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.

• Availability during store hours (MonFri 10 a.m.6 p.m. Sat 10 a.m.5 p.m.); Saturdays required Sundays off. Extended hours from December 12-23.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
