What Youll Do

• Monitor aquatic areas and enforce safety rules
• Respond quickly to emergencies and provide care until EMS arrives
• Conduct safety inspections and complete detailed incident reports
• Uphold the DSRs core values:Rescue Readiness Ownership and Integrity

Qualifications

• Must be17 years oldby start date
• Strong swimming ability and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Prior customer service or team sports experience preferred

Tryout Requirements

• 200-yard medley swim: 75 breaststroke 50 sidestroke 75 freestyle (under 3:50)
• 25-yard head-up sprint (under :20)
• 25-yard dummy tow (under :50)
• 2-minute hands-only CPR with consistent quality
