Job Description
An occupational therapy company for children is looking for a dedicated self-motivated and experienced Virtual Assistant with excellent graphic design skills to join their dynamic and highly talented team. The role would include creating resources for a target market of mothers & children. These resources would be used at home and in the school environment.
Core Tasks
- Creating multiple e-books
- Creating online downloadable worksheets which are illustrated / designed to meet the paediatric market
- Create flyers and posters according to companys branding specifications
- Design and layout of newsletters
- Preparation of annual reports
- Preparation of certificates personalised cards and other materials for children
- Web research writing and curating content for 2 blog posts a week
- General day-to-day assistance to the owner of the company
- Other administrative and ad hoc tasks as may be delegated
Key Strengths and Skills
- Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal
- Bachelors Degree course preferred but not necessary
- At least 3-4years experience in a VA Design role
- Proficient with creating beautiful graphic design workand ability to conceptualise designs based on companys branding / brief
- Proven ability to complete illustrations & artworkon a given deadline
- Exceptional web research and content writing skills
- Experience and proven proficiency in the use of Photoshop and Indesign or similar programs
- High attention to detail initiative and resourceful
- Ability to conceptualise designs based on companys branding
- Keen to learn and contribute flexible and committed to work
- Ability to cultivate long term relationship with clients
