As we continue to grow our firm we are currently looking for a Learning & Expertise Development Global eLearning Development Senior Associate to join our office in New Delhi (Gurgaon) India.
The eLearning Development Senior Associate will support key learning design and development projects to support ZS business goals. The role will also be responsible for supporting curriculum strategies for ZS internal global expertise areas and capability groups. The individual hired will translate business requirements into performance objectives and partner with subject matter experts to build eLearning virtual training and other online training resources. The role will also require design of some classroom-based learning as needed. The Global eLearning Development Senior Associate will report directly to the Learning Solutions Lead as part of the Learning & Expertise Development team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and lead teams to design develop and evaluate online training and other learning resources
- Develop manage and execute project plans to meet business requirements and ensure commitment from project team members
- Team with subject matter experts to ensure quality and impact of content
- Establish best practices tools and templates for all phases in the instructional design process for online solutions across an array of content focus areas (e.g. technical consulting project management leadership)
- Help determine appropriate learning vehicles and delivery channels to achieve desired performance (eLearning classroom blended informal resources or other performance improvement interventions)
- Partner with extended team and business leaders to develop communication plans and customize messages for stakeholders
- Establish measurement plans for course impact and effectiveness. Monitor evaluation data and stakeholder feedback. Develop improvement plans where needed
- Work with the internal ZS IT team and Learning Global Support to ensure eLearning meets all technical and infrastructure requirements
- Build learning and development expertise within the organization. Bring concepts methods and tools to advance strategies and processes
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelors degree (Masters Degree highly preferred)
- Ability to develop interactive online blended and informal learning solutions
- Experience with eLearning tools for leading edge development and delivery of e-learning
- Professional services and/or multi-national experience preferred
- Knowledge of adult learning principles instructional design and evaluation methodologies
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to proactively and continually collaborate with project team members and distributed stakeholders to ensure timely efficient and accurate deliverables
- Confirmed ability to analyze problems and solve them creatively
- Excellent oral written and interpersonal communication skills to effectively work with all levels of the organization
Prior work experience: 4-6 years professional experience in learning and development focused on instructional design. Minimum 2 years designing online learning solutions
