Job Summary

Responsibilities:-

Prepare the estimations project planstestplanteststrategy fortestingFunctional and Non Functional Requirements.

Work closely with Development Teams and other supporting teams to drive quality through design and implementation

PrepareTestCases from requirements source documents and execute cases.

Technically guide other team members for manualtestingtestautomation and performancetesting.

Ability to deliver high quality product on schedule.

Preparetestreports and communicate to stake holders

KRAs:-

Understand the financial applications and designtestplan estimations andteststrategy.

Automatetestingby use of tools.

Qualifications:-

Bachelor of Science/Engineering with experience of 7 to 10 years inSoftwareTesting.

Conversant with devisingtestcases fromSoftwareRequirements Specification is a must.

Exposure to differenttestingmethodologies is essential.

Experience in manual automation and performancetesting.

Ability to quickly learn and become proficient with complex applications understanding the interaction with upstream/downstream applications and the overall system.

Must be self-leading and self-motivated

Ability to think and challenge Business Analysts and developers by asking relevant questions

Must have strongtestplanning skills for complex applications
