Consultant Business Analyst

At EY we partner with a diverse range of Banking Insurance and Wealth & Asset Management firms to navigate complex change across technology and operations. Working with local and global cross functional teams and client youll deliver programs that unlock value manage risk and enable innovation. Our global network proven methodologies and multidisciplinary teams enable us to deliver trusted advice and impactful solutions.

Based in Sydney. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.

Your key responsibilities

Work with clients to elicit document and validate business and functional requirements aligned to project goals.
Analyse existing processes systems and data to identify improvement opportunities and support delivery of transformation across business and technology.
Work closely with stakeholders to elicit and validate business needs translating them into clear and structured documentation such as user stories process flows business cases and solution requirements reviewing alignment with organisational objectives.
Collaborate with delivery teams to support testing change management and implementation activities to enable smooth transition and realisation of benefits.

Skills and attributes for success

3-5 years of experience in business analysis within financial services.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in diverse and inclusive teams to deliver high-quality outcomes and engage with stakeholders across business and technology functions.
Strong organisational communication and facilitation skills.
