We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst Pricing to join our Finance team. This role will support financial planning budgeting forecasting and reporting activities. The Senior Financial Analyst will partner with business leaders to provide financial insights that drive strategic decisions and operational performance.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain pricing models to evaluate product profitability customer margins and pricing strategies.
- Analyze historical pricing competitive benchmarks and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
- Partner with Sales Marketing and Product teams to develop go-to-market pricing for new products or services.
- Support month-end close processes by analyzing reports and preparing journal entries.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports including variance analysis and performance metrics.
- Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Analyze financial trends and identify risks and opportunities for business units.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Assist with ad hoc financial modeling scenario analysis and investment evaluations.
- Maintain and improve financial reporting tools and processes.
Education and Experience Profile
- Bachelors degree in accounting or business-related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
- 35 years of relevant financial analysis experience.
Required Core Competencies
- Exceptional communication skills written and oral speaks English proficiently.
- Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive and negative situations; listens and gets clarification. Responds well to questions; participate and present information in meetings.
- Excellent PC and spreadsheet skills.
- SAP and Hyperion/Essbase experience is highly desired.
Work Environment
- Working a Hybrid work schedule.
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
Pay Range: $81802-$128546.
This base salary range is a reasonable estimate for this position at the time of posting. Pay within each range is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to to primary work job-related knowledge skills experience business requirements and geographic location. ASSA ABLOY conducts regular review of compensation ranges and therefore reserves the right to alter this range at any given time.
