Technical Project Manager Consultant

- Has high levels of drive passion energy motivation and enthusiasm.
- Technical PM Background - Spent many years working closely with technical resources with ability to communicate inwardly to IT and outwardly to the business.
- Proven experience working within owning and delivering Retirement Pension and record keeping projects
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives The PM is expected to own multiple work streams / projects along with other departmental tasks. Must be able to switch from one project to another seamlessly.
- Finance strength Has a strong understanding of project costs tracking actuals projecting forecasts and reporting/talking through project financials.
Expected Responsibilities:
- Ability to professionally communicate with a broad audience spanning line of business operations through highly technical developers. Coordinate the activities of several different technical execution teams using an Agile Scrum methodology and leveraging IBMs Jazz Requirements and Team Collaboration tools.
- Excellent understanding of the application SDLC and development process. Comfortable with the concepts of n-tier Java technologies including application middleware and database to orchestrate the right activities at the right time.
