About Us:
At ResiQuant were tackling one of the biggest challenges in disaster resilience: the lack of accurate standardized and dynamic property a world increasingly impacted by climate change and natural disasters like earthquakes hurricanes and wildfires decisions about risk are often made with incomplete or incorrect information.
Our mission is to empower insurers financial institutions and asset managers with AI systems fused with structural engineering expertise. These systems bridge critical data gaps to deliver precise actionable building insights for better decision-making.

The Role
Youll own the customer-facing experience that makes AI-driven building risk intelligence usable for Fortune 500 insurers. Youll transform structural engineering insights into intuitive dashboards and workflows that directly shape billion-dollar underwriting decisions. As an early engineer youll work side-by-side with our founders and senior product/engineering leaders to rapidly iterate on interfaces that will determine whether major carriers adopt our platform.
What Youll Do
Design and build enterprise-grade dashboards that process millions of property records and deliver real-time insights to underwriters.
Create sophisticated visualizations charts maps and analytics that make complex engineering data clear and actionable.
Architect scalable frontend systems to support multiple enterprise customer deployments.
Collaborate daily with product designers engineers and founders on product strategy and interface design.
Move fast: prototype iterate and refine based on customer feedback.
Who You Are
05 years of software development experience (13 years ideal). Exceptional new grads welcome.
Strong CS fundamentals (BS in Computer Science or equivalent).
Skilled in TypeScript and modern frontend architectures.
Curious and AI-first: you already use tools like Cursor Claude Code or Copilot to accelerate development.
Thrive in fast-paced high-ownership environments.
Nice to Have
Python backend/API experience.
Cloud (AWS/GCP) and CI/CD familiarity.
Interest in climate resilience structural engineering or risk modeling.
