Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Business Development Executive to join our clients growing team. The role involves promoting interior design and turnkey execution services engaging with prospective clients and driving new business opportunities through strategic marketing and on-ground sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote services and build brand awareness.
Engage with clients architects real estate developers and lifestyle partners to generate qualified leads.
Manage digital campaigns content marketing social media and SEO in collaboration with the creative team.
Plan and coordinate promotional events exhibitions and industry collaborations.
Handle client inquiries conduct initial consultations and support the sales pipeline.
Track and report marketing ROI lead conversions and performance metrics.
Assist in creating pitch presentations proposals and marketing collateral.
Maintain CRM records follow-ups and client communication workflows
Required Skills & Experience
35 years of experience in marketing or sales preferably in interior design architecture real estate or premium lifestyle sectors.
Role includes field sales and client-facing responsibilities.
Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office digital marketing tools and CRM systems (preferred).
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and passion for design and aesthetics.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
