About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated enthusiastic experienced individual that canlead manage monitor review and develop programming and capacity management processes for the Sport Community and Leisure Service which delivers the Councils Core Priorities and Strategies.
As part of the Service Delivery Team you will make informed decisions on how to deliver optimal business performance through a commercialised approach by increasing usage attendance sport and physical activity participation and income growth. Whilst contributing to reducing costs and overall service subsidy.
We are looking for someone with extensive experience of collating interpreting and analysing data to forecast future business decisions. The role requires a full understanding of the operation of the leisure management system including troubleshooting and technical expertise with responsibility for data management and compliance.
The position has service wide responsibility for leading work with General Managers (GM) and Assistant Managers (AM) to successfully implement changes to leisure centre programming and producing accurate timely performance management information.
This is a key position and forms part of the wider senior management team.
