The Team

The Enterprise Solutions Technology team is dedicated to delivering next-generation high-scale technology platforms through resilient architecture data excellence and engineering innovation. Our mission is to enhance our digital presence and improve customer engagement across various domains including Lending Corporate Actions Tax Regulatory & Compliance Regulatory Reporting Public Markets and Private Markets portfolio monitoring.

Responsibilities Include

  • Leading the development and implementation of AI and data science-oriented features across various software products within Enterprise Solutions Technology.
  • Infusing Agentic AI into our platforms to enable proactive autonomous workflows and real-time data processing.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain federated data platforms AI model lifecycle automation and intelligent experience platforms.
  • Driving innovation through experimentation with new ideas and technologies and strategically engaging with client and vendor ecosystems.
  • Ensuring the implementation of semantic data models data mesh architectures and explainable AI frameworks to enhance transparency automation and agility.
  • Overseeing the development of solutions for domain-specific opportunities such as client onboarding private markets syndicated lending corporate actions public markets and regulatory reporting.

Experience and Qualification

  • Proven experience in leading AI and data science initiatives within a technology-driven organization.
  • Strong background in AI machine learning and data science with a focus on agentic AI and workflow automation.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing federated data platforms semantic data models and explainable AI frameworks.
  • Experience in driving innovation and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their goals.

Nice to have skills

  • Familiarity with the financial services industry particularly in areas such as lending corporate actions tax regulatory compliance regulatory reporting public markets and private markets portfolio monitoring.
  • Experience with cloud-native infrastructure API and integration platforms and engineering workflow automation.
  • Knowledge of modern data architectures including data mesh and federated access and the use of AI and machine learning tools for semantic reasoning and contextual decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of security and data governance principles and the ability to implement solutions that ensure trust and compliance.
