Job Description:

As an Operations Assistant you will support the day-to-day operations of the Account Managers. He/She is responsible for ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed and completed on behalf of each customer who works with Giltner Logistics. The successful candidate will have great energy and focus a passion for logistics a desire to learn and improve and a commitment to the success of the company. If you are someone who works well in a team environment and loves to complete tasks this is a great opportunity for you.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask
Ability to manage large amounts of information
Communication master - ability to communicate effectively in a high stakes situation
Strong interpersonal skills and a dynamic personality

Responsibilities include:

Assistant to Account Manager team for Client and Carrier facing duties including but not limited to: Track and trace updates Appointment Scheduling/ Management Shipment Creation/ Management Customer Service Support
Maintain compliance of all SOPs and Best Practices to ensure the success of the group and our Partners
Achieve and exceed individual and team goals
Complete expected tasks in an efficient and timely manner
