Are you ready to make a significant impact in Custody Operations As a Senior Associate youll play a crucial role in delivering and managing operations strategy program management and automation. Join us to leverage your expertise and drive success across our portfolio.

Job Summary:
As a Senior Associate within Custody Operations you will deliver program management services across various responsibilities. You will communicate business strategy performance and priorities to key stakeholders. Your role will involve delivering high-quality executive reporting and analytics to support business decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver program management services across strategy execution and performance monitoring.
  • Communicate business strategy and priorities to stakeholders.
  • Deliver high-quality executive reporting and analytics.
  • Leverage expertise in LLM AI UI Path Python Cloud Tableau and Alteryx.
  • Partner with Finance Business Management and Technology teams.
  • Drive key initiatives including the people agenda.
  • Work closely with leads to drive non-financial KPIs and MI.
  • Identify and implement process efficiency opportunities.
  • Create project charters and present to senior management.
  • Exhibit effective communication with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct analysis to identify trends and themes.

Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:

  • Demonstrate leadership and delivery focus.
  • Possess excellent experience in SOTF tools and storytelling.
  • Work comfortably in a fast-paced unstructured environment.
  • Execute multiple projects simultaneously and independently.
  • Communicate effectively with attention to detail.
  • Assimilate broad-ranging information quickly.
  • Formulate action plans for Senior Management.

Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:

  • Possess a strong technical skill set with a financial services background.
  • Be flexible organized and a self-starter.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Work efficiently in a changing environment.
  • Communicate effectively with management clients and colleagues.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and SOTF tools.
  • Have experience in team development and management.
