About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Project - Lead to lead and manage key financial projects for our clients. This role requires someone with strong business acumen excellent client-facing skills and a proven track record of successfully delivering financial projects.

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to gather detailed project requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Plan execute and deliver financial projects within scope timeline and budget.
  • Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Prepare project documentation timelines and reports for clients and leadership teams.
  • Monitor risks and dependencies and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Act as a communication bridge between finance technology and business teams.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • 810 years of experience in project management with a focus on finance or financial systems.
  • Proven experience handling end-to-end financial projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication client handling and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles budgeting and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with tools like MS Project CRM or similar project management platforms.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
  • A proactive solution-oriented mindset.
