About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Project - Lead to lead and manage key financial projects for our clients. This role requires someone with strong business acumen excellent client-facing skills and a proven track record of successfully delivering financial projects.
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to gather detailed project requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Plan execute and deliver financial projects within scope timeline and budget.
- Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Prepare project documentation timelines and reports for clients and leadership teams.
- Monitor risks and dependencies and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Act as a communication bridge between finance technology and business teams.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- 810 years of experience in project management with a focus on finance or financial systems.
- Proven experience handling end-to-end financial projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication client handling and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of financial principles budgeting and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with tools like MS Project CRM or similar project management platforms.
Preferred Qualities:
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
- A proactive solution-oriented mindset.
