Job Summary

  • Implement Zoho Books Inventory Expense Subscription and Checkout.

  • Set up Chart of Accounts GST/TDS Branches and financial settings.

  • Customize templates (Invoices Bills POs SOs) and configure user roles/permissions.

  • Manage GST HSN/SAC TDS setup bank feeds reconciliation and payment gateways.

  • Support invoicing purchases credit notes advance payments and settlements.

  • Set up Items Warehouses Price Lists Composite Items Batches & Serials.

  • Configure reorder levels stock adjustments and multi-warehouse workflows.

  • Integrate Zoho Inventory with Books CRM Shopify WooCommerce (as needed).

  • Create custom fields views validations and Deluge/Zoho Flow automations.

  • Implement approval workflows for Bills Invoices and POs.

  • Generate financial reports (P&L Balance Sheet GSTR-1/3B Audit Trail).

  • Build dashboards/KPIs and perform data migration & data cleanup.

  • Conduct client training and prepare SOPs guides and documentation.

  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues.



Requirements

  • 12 years experience in Zoho Books implementation.

  • Good understanding of accounting GST invoicing and financial workflows.

  • Hands-on experience with Zoho Books modules workflows automation and customization.

  • Ability to manage data migration and integrations.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce/Finance preferred.

12 years experience in Zoho Books implementation. Good understanding of accounting GST invoicing and financial workflows. Hands-on experience with Zoho Books modules workflows automation and customization. Ability to manage data migration and integrations. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Bachelors degree in Commerce/Finance preferred.


Required Education:

Bachelors OR Masters in finance background.
