Job Summary

Implement Zoho Books Inventory Expense Subscription and Checkout.
Set up Chart of Accounts GST/TDS Branches and financial settings.
Customize templates (Invoices Bills POs SOs) and configure user roles/permissions.
Manage GST HSN/SAC TDS setup bank feeds reconciliation and payment gateways.
Support invoicing purchases credit notes advance payments and settlements.
Set up Items Warehouses Price Lists Composite Items Batches & Serials.
Configure reorder levels stock adjustments and multi-warehouse workflows.
Integrate Zoho Inventory with Books CRM Shopify WooCommerce (as needed).
Create custom fields views validations and Deluge/Zoho Flow automations.
Implement approval workflows for Bills Invoices and POs.
Generate financial reports (P&L Balance Sheet GSTR-1/3B Audit Trail).
Build dashboards/KPIs and perform data migration & data cleanup.
Conduct client training and prepare SOPs guides and documentation.
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues.

Requirements

12 years experience in Zoho Books implementation.
Good understanding of accounting GST invoicing and financial workflows.
Hands-on experience with Zoho Books modules workflows automation and customization.
Ability to manage data migration and integrations.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Bachelors degree in Commerce/Finance preferred.
