Description:Media Mint is seeking an experienced engineer to join our Hyderabad office. As a Software Developer you will play a critical role in developing comprehensive online advertising technology platforms for an exciting start-up that provides audience management and display advertising for Fortune 100 companies in the US. This position a base salary plus bonus and offers excellent opportunities for career advancement within the technology vertical.

Job Responsibilities
Be able to build high-quality PHP applications and other LAMP components using database-driven web technologies for high-volume high-availability large-scale system
Write complex code to develop class-based dynamic Interfaces using PHP 5.0 and XML / HTTP and related technologies
Work with the product manager to understand the product requirements and be able to meaningfully break down into a feasible release schedule
Coordinate with QA team for seamless and timely code delivery
Qualifications
1-3 years of hands-on experience developing database-driven web applications.
Expertise in PHP/MySQL Hands-on experience with web application architecture and relational database design
Knowledge of front-end scripting including: HTML DHTML JavaScript CSS and AJAX
Exposure to all aspects of the web project development cycle including design development and debugging
Knowedge of PHP frameworks like Codeignitor or CakePHP is mandatory
Knowledge of UI design and usability is a plus
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent. Masters degree is a plus
Knowledge on Shell scripting is a plus
Superior written and oral communication skills
Professionalism and a can-do attitude
Demonstrated start-up experience agility and willingness to do whatever is required
