Job Summary
Become a member of our family! We are a local family owned store and members of the #5 fastest growing franchise in America looking for a friendly bilingual customer service representative with great customer service skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:
- Provide friendly customer service
- Assist in maintaining a quality showroom
- Securing on time payments and collecting on delinquent accounts
- Convey information to customers and maintain a constant level of communications with customers co-workers and management.
- Upon completion of training should have a thorough knowledge of rental agreements merchandise and customer relations.
REQUIREMENTS
-Fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish
- High school diploma GED or equivalent work experience
- Must complete the training program
- High degree of precision accuracy coordination and knowledge of operational procedures.
- Ability to reason & make independent decisions
