About the Role
LMK Recruiting is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a large and growing pest control company.
As a Customer Service Representative youll be the first point of contact for customers at our branch helping ensure they have a positive experience. Youll answer questions resolve concerns educate customers about our services and support the branch team. This is an in-office role that requires strong communication reliability and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Schedule and adjust service appointments and support efficient route planning.

Process customer payments accurately and maintain records in the CRM.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and text.
-
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.

Educate customers on services maintenance needs and promotions.
-
Work closely with branch managers and technicians to resolve issues.
-
Assist with customer retention and rescheduling to prevent cancellations.
-
Provide customer feedback to help improve service delivery.
-
Support branch managers with general tasks and projects as needed.

Keep customer information accurate and up to date.
Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills.
-
Excellent organization time management and multitasking abilities.
-
Problem-solving skills and a proactive self-starting mindset.
-
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Comfortable learning new systems; basic computer skills required.
-
Experience with Field Routes CRM or Voice for Pest is a plus (training available).
-
Must maintain professionalism and pass a background and credit check.
