Are you a seasoned technical expert with a passion for sales Were looking for a Senior/Technical Sales Consultant to be the technical solutions lead for our Data Security team in the rapidly expanding Greater China this role you will be the trusted advisor and technical partner to our sales team driving success with our leading Entrust Data Security PKI HSM Cryptographic Keys and Certificates Lifecycle Management products and services.

This is a perfect opportunity for someone who thrives on solving complex technical challenges is passionate about cybersecurity and wants to be at the forefront of post-Quantum Cryptography migration.

What Youll Do:

  • Generate Business: Collaborate with our sales team to build a strong pipeline and achieve ambitious sales targets.

  • Be a Technical Leader: Take the lead on Proof of Concepts (PoCs) design innovative solution architectures and craft technical proposals for RFPs and projects. Youll also develop custom solutions for the region and represent our company at key industry events and conferences.

  • Advise & Educate: Share your expertise by providing technical advice promoting security best practices and guiding customers and partners on how to leverage our Entrust solutions to solve their unique business problems.

  • Enable Partners: Create technical enablement plans and deliver workshops and training sessions to empower our partners and customers.

  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Maintain a deep and current technical understanding of our Data Security products and contribute your expertise to the wider technical sales community.

  • Support & Troubleshoot: Handle remote and field-based product installations and resolve technical issues providing crucial product integration knowledge when professional services arent available.

What Were Looking For:

Experience

  • Bachelors degree in a technology-related field or equivalent.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technology pre-sales consultancy or technical support role preferably in IT security.

  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with sales teams to deliver high-value customer-centric IT security solutions.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of cryptographic technologies including encryption PKI digital signing and blockchain.

  • Knowledge of Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) PKI Windows and Unix Operating Systems and networking.

  • An understanding of the software development lifecycle cryptographic APIs and languages like PKCS#11 Java and C.

  • CISSP or MCSE certifications are a plus.

Personal Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • A confident outgoing personality with experience in public speaking.

  • Strong business acumen and a strategic persuasive mindset.

  • Creative and innovative problem-solver.

Language

  • Native fluency in both Cantonese and Mandarin is a strong preference.
