Job Summary

At Gooseberry Dental we pride ourselves on being more than just a dental practice were part of the community. Our friendly team works hard to create a welcoming environment where every patient feels comfortable cared for and listened to. Were now looking for a practice manager who shares our values and can help lead our practice with warmth professionalism and a genuine passion for people. The position is full-time Monday Thursday 8.15 5.30 and Fridays 8.15-4.30.

The role:

Making sure the practice runs smoothly day-to-day so our team can focus on providing excellent care.
Supporting motivating and developing our staff so they feel valued and can do their best work.
Building strong relationships with patients and ensuring their experience is always a positive one.
Keeping the practice organised and compliant with all standards and regulations.
Managing schedules stock and suppliers in a way that keeps everything running efficiently.
Helping the practice grow by spotting opportunities to improve and evolve.

About the Candidate

What were looking for:

Experience of NHS contract management/claim reconciliation/contract monitoring
Good understanding of: NHS regulations/GDC standards/code of conduct and CQC compliance
Experienced user of Exact/Dentally software
Experience in managing a team (dental or healthcare background is an advantage but not essential
A people person who is approachable supportive and a great communicator.
Someone organised and reliable with a keen eye for detail.
An individual who is confident with technology and happy learning new systems.
Most importantly someone who cares about patients and staff alike.

Desirable:

Familiarity with Boxly CRM & Voicestack
Experience of private growth aligners/implants
GDC registered
