We are looking for a diligent and detail-focused RTR professional to join our BPO finance operations team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end Record to Report processes for multiple clients ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions and reporting in line with client SLAs and compliance standards. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity and support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Qualifications :
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related discipline. 3-5 years of experience in Record to Report or General Ledger processes within a BPO or shared services environment. Sound knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial controls. Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle or similar). Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. Ability to manage multiple clients/projects with a focus on quality and timeliness. Good communication skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
