The Content Executive will support the German market in implementing changes to the website. As we grow we seek to better understand our customers to ensure their experience is meaningful. We have an iterative data-led optimization process driven by passion and an unstoppable push for perfection. This role will require close collaboration with multiple markets and a keen eye for detail to ensure we get the best online execution possible.
About the Role
At Dyson youll thrive in a fast-paced agile environment where adaptability is key. As part of our Merchandising team your weekly responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Manage Website Content & Products: Oversee the webshop using our Content Management Systems to deliver a consistently premium customer experience
- Own Onsite Merchandising: Take accountability for merchandising across your category including leading product launches and ensuring all content and displays align with brand and business objectives
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with in-market eCommerce teams to execute digital initiatives and support broader digital strategies
- Support Trading Activities: Assist the Trading Team in executing promotions ensuring the merchandising approach supports sales targets and can quickly adapt to changes in the market
- Maintain Site Health: Conduct regular site audits monitoring issues such as 404 errors and onsite search performance and take corrective action as needed.
- Drive Innovation: Proactively embrace new tasks and projects that align with the scope of the role demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
- Problem-Solve: Identify potential challenges and develop effective solutions to ensure continued excellence in online merchandising.
- Stay Informed: Keep abreast of the latest digital trends and best practices to inform your work and drive continuous improvement.
About you
- Degree in Economics Business Administration Marketing Digital or a similar program
- Owner first Mind-set: Youll think first and foremost what these plans and actions do for our owner experience.
- Previous experience in eCommerce content management using CMS systems such as AEM is preferable but not required additionally proficiency in Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics is a plus
- Previous experience in an eCommerce environment ideally within a premium goods tech setting is also preferable
- Keen eye for detail particularly within a digital setting
- Has a bias for action and to get things done with a positive attitude.
- Fluent in German Business English is a plus
- Project management skills- able to break down a goal into manageable tasks and work efficiently to deadline
- Youll be comfortable working in fast agile environment and dealing with ambiguity.
- Collaborative: Youre Comfortable collaborating will colleagues and peers across countries cultures and levels of seniority
