Marsh is seeking a dependable detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to act as the main point of contact for both internal and external customers. This role blends communication organization and problem-solving to manage order tracking and reporting tasks effectively.What Youll Do:- Act as the primary contact for customer needs concerns and updates
- Monitor and track customer orders ensuring timely follow-ups
- Use Microsoft Excel to create manage and analyze reports (daily weekly and monthly)
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and clarity
- Identify and help resolve service issues
- Support team members and help maintain operational standards
What Were Looking For:- Experience: At least 1 year in a customer service or support role
- Education: Associates degree preferred
- Core Skills:
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas sorting/filtering basic pivot tables)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Team player with a positive can-do attitude
