Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service Representative German Market
Location: Remote within Portugal (based in Braga project)
Start Date: 2 October 2025
Working Schedule:
-
Monday to Friday: 07:00 20:00 (rotational shifts)
-
Saturday: 08:00 16:00
-
Sunday: 08:00 17:00
-
2 rotational days off
Salary & Benefits:
-
Base Salary: 1030 gross x 14 months

Performance Bonus: 120 gross x 12 months

Position Bonus (Braga): 30 gross x 12 months

Meal allowance: 7.23 per day

Transport allowance: 20 per month

Health insurance from day 1 (with small contribution free after 6 months)
What Youll Do:

Deliver top-quality customer support for the German market via phone email and chat.

Handle customer inquiries with empathy accuracy and professionalism.

Solve problems efficiently and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Work remotely while staying connected to a supportive international team.
What Were Looking For:

Fluency in German (C1) good English (B2).

Previous experience in customer service is a plus.

Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset.

Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends.
