ROLE AND LOCATION

We are looking for a People Technicianto join our team in Mortgua Portugal.
This role is central in supporting HR activities with a particular focus on recruitment and talent acquisition helping us attract hire and support the best professionals in the industry.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Lead and support end-to-end recruitment processes from drafting job adverts to onboarding new hires.
Support the coordination of training and development activities.
Ensure accurate and compliant employee documentation management.
Partner with colleagues onoffboarding processes.
Assist with the performance appraisal cycle.
Provide support across all HR administrative tasks.
Collaborate on the organisation of internal events and engagement initiatives.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Degree in Human Resources Management Sociology Educational Sciences Organizational Psicology or other relevant area.
Proven experience in recruitment and HR administration (in-house or agency).
English proficiency (B1 minimum) - this skill will be assessed during the recruitment process.
Strong IT skills particularly with Microsoft Office tools and ATS software.
