Role: Smart Building / IoT Solution Architect (Part-time)
Project: Head Office Renovation Program Start Architecture
Duration & Load: 23 months ASAP
Location: Hybrid (50% onsite NL) Language: English OK
What youll do
Lead the Program Start Architecture for a smart-building solution integrating BMS security meeting room/workplace tech sensors and digital signage.
Define target architecture integrations data flows non-functionals and options with cost ranges to enable an executive decision.
Consolidate business/technical requirements and produce a clear decision pack.
What you bring
710 years as a Solution/Enterprise Architect with IoT BMS integration outcomes.
Hands-on with sensor ecosystems (occupancy/people counting) and enterprise data/API architectures.
Strong stakeholder skills; can write crisp architecture docs and present trade-offs.
