On behalf of our client an international fintech startup were hiring a Growth Manager to own the go-to-market strategy and accelerate growth across multiple channels.
What youll do:

Build & execute the growth strategy: map the funnel end-to-end set OKRs and prioritize high-impact channels (paid search paid social SEO partnerships content).

Run experiments: design A/B tests manage the backlog and document learnings so the team keeps improving.
-
Turn data into action: track CAC LTV activation rates payback periods and drive action from insights.
-
Craft & distribute content: partner with finance experts to create blogs playbooks and webinars that generate qualified leads.
-
Forge partnerships: accountants accelerators fintech platformsbuild relationships that unlock new segments and position the brand as a thought leader.
What you need to have:
-
3 to 5 years in growth or performance marketing (ideally in B2B SaaS).
-
Proven record of moving key metrics (leads MRR retention) through structured experiments.
-
Strong analytical skills (Excel/Sheets SQL/BI tools attribution frameworks).
-
Familiarity with HubSpot Lemlist or similar tools.
-
Sharp copywriting across ads landing pages and emails.
-
Confidence managing budgets vendors and trade-offs between quick wins and long bets.
-
Collaborative communicator comfortable working with founders and teams.
Bonus points for:

Experience marketing to finance leaders or SMEs.
-
Knowledge of fintech compliance (GDPR SOC 2).
-
Exposure to low-code tools (Zapier Segment RudderStack).
-
Startup experience building growth playbooks from scratch.
-
Basic design skills (Figma Canva).
-
Fluency in English (must) Arabic (nice to have)
