Job Summary

Job Description: Group HR Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Group HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between management and employees ensuring HR operations run smoothly effectively and in alignment with our companys mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement group-wide HR strategies policies and procedures that align with corporate goals and support business growth.
    Lead and coordinate talent acquisition retention and workforce planning across all subsidiaries or divisions.
    Standardize performance management compensation benefits and employee engagement programs across the group to ensure consistency and fairness.
    Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws regulations and industry standards in all operating locations.
    Act as a key advisor to senior management on HR matters including organizational development change management and employee relations.
    Facilitate leadership development succession planning and employee training programs at the group level.
    Support the team and drive performance improvement through targeted success plans.
    Manage and mentor HR teams in various subsidiaries to ensure consistent service delivery and operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

Technical skills:

    Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree or MBA preferred.
    At least 7-10 years of progressive HR experience with a minimum of 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role within a multi-business or multi-location environment.
    Proven track record of managing HR functions across multiple business units or countries.
    Strong knowledge of labor laws regulations and HR best practices in relevant jurisdictions.
    Excellent strategic thinking leadership and communication skills.
    Experience in managing complex change management and organizational development initiatives.
    Professional HR certification (SHRM-SCP SPHR CIPD) is highly desirable.
    Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS) and talent management platforms.
