Job Description
Were looking for a hands-on PMO Director to drive a high-impact transformation across our APAC region. This is a 12-month contract based in Hong Kong.
The Mission:
Youll set up and run the PMO for a critical portfolio of projects focused on:
- Boosting profitability
- Streamlining operations for efficiency
- Redesigning our organization for the future
You wont just manage spreadsheets; youll be the strategic right hand to our APAC leadership facilitating decisions and ensuring we deliver real results.
We need someone who has:
- A proven track record of standing up PMOs for large-scale business transformations (especially in profit operation or restructuring).
- Experience navigating complex matrixed environments in APAC.
- The confidence to engage with and challenge senior executives.
- A pragmatic results-over-process mindset.
This is a contract role with high visibility and the chance to make a tangible impact.
