Additionally we are part of the Demant Group a multinational company with over 120 years of experience in the sector covering all areas of hearing care: these areas range from diagnostic technology traditional hearing aids cochlear and bone-anchored implants as well as numerous audiology services.

Overview & Mission

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our project and help boost our growth. As a people-centric company we need someone who identifies with Audikas values and is passionate about driving innovation. The Human Resources Manager for Hearing Care Spain works directly with the General Manager to shape and implement company policies ensuring the achievement of strategic objectives. The role focuses on:

  • Strategically planning managing and developing human resources in accordance with company and group policies.
  • Driving innovation and continuous improvement in organizational structure HR strategies policies and operational processes to support business growth and enhance efficiency.
  • Fostering a values-driven culture and employee engagement ensuring the organization attracts and retains the talent necessary for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Administration:Manage the full employee lifecycle oversee payroll and benefits maintain accurate HR data and ensure data integrity. Deliver high-quality administrative services that support employee and manager satisfaction.
  • Compensation and Benefits:Design and implement competitive compensation policies monitor pay structures and performance-based incentives.
  • Labor Relations:Act as the primary contact for union negotiations offer legal guidance and support to managers regarding labor law.
  • Budget Management & Reporting:Develop manage and monitor the HR budget prepare the annual salary budget track salary performance and provide monthly reporting on organizational KPIs.
  • Personnel Policies:Collaborate with department heads to align resources with organizational needs establish workforce planning strategies and analyze data to improve retention and reduce turnover.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding:Oversee the full recruitment process monitor and improve recruitment KPIs ensure compliance with legal obligations and enhance onboarding processes.
  • Company Culture & Work Environment:Promote a positive organizational climate implement employee engagement programs and provide training and development for leaders.
  • Employee & Performance Development:Develop systems for job classification and career progression establish performance appraisal frameworks and support career and leadership development initiatives.
  • Organizational Development:Ensure cross-functional alignment in implementing company-wide initiatives and lead ongoing improvements by restructuring processes and services.
  • Workplace Health & Safety:Ensure compliance with occupational safety and hygiene standards.
  • Additional Responsibilities:Partner with strategic HR initiatives and implement group and company projects at the local level.

Requirements

  • Education: Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 7 years in similar HR leadership roles within multinational retail companies.
  • Languages: Proficient English skills (minimum B2/C1 level)1.
