Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of inside sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Identify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound leads.
Collaborate with the marketing business and field sales teams to align strategy and improve lead
quality.
Conduct regular performance reviews training and coaching sessions for the team.
Monitor key metrics prepare reports and suggest improvements.
Manage the CRM system effectively and ensure accurate data entry and tracking.
Handle escalations and key client communications when required.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field. MBA is a plus.
3 years of experience in inside sales/relationship sales role with at least 1 year in a
leadership/mentoring role.
Strong understanding of sales funnels lead qualification and CRM systems (e.g. Zoho
Salesforce HubSpot).
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead motivate and drive team performance.
Target-oriented with a strategic mindset and problem-solving skills.
