Recruitment Professionals are recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded nursery in Harlesden. We are seeking an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager (Level 3 qualified) with a minimum of 2 years experience to support the Nursery Manager in overseeing daily operations and leading the staff team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Nursery Manager in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Lead mentor and motivate the staff team.
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted and safeguarding requirements.
- Oversee planning assessment and delivery of high-quality early years education.
- Build positive relationships with staff parents and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or above).
- Minimum 2 years leadership or senior practitioner experience in a nursery setting.
- Strong understanding of EYFS safeguarding and Ofsted requirements.
- Excellent leadership organisation and communication skills.
