IT Project Manager (Exp. w/ a Variety of Technology Projects Req.) - HYBRID Responsibilities

Coordinate critical IT projects including ERP migration and data warehouse implementation
Play a key role in ongoing modernization projects to support long-term growth
Serve as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders ensuring alignment on objectives
Coordinate timelines tasks and deliverables with internal teams and vendors
Maintain accurate project plans schedules and status documentation
Track progress and ensure adherence to project scope and requirements
Proactively monitor risks and scope issues; escalate when necessary to prevent delays
Regularly report project status to senior leadership
Schedule and facilitate project meetings with stakeholders
Oversee vendor activities and ensure alignment with internal teams
Support the development of standardized project management processes

IT Project Manager (Exp. w/ a Variety of Technology Projects Req.) - HYBRID Qualifications

Bachelors degree is required
3 years of IT project management experience is required
Experience managing a variety of project types stakeholders and technologies is required
Strong technical understanding of IT systems and applications is required
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendor relationships is required
Ability to work on-site in Stamford CT (24 days per week) and travel up to 15% is required
