About the job:
As brand guardian lead Subarus master brand and model marketing. Drive emotional connection and brand growth through creative campaigns digital execution product launches sponsorships and insightsensuring consistency innovation and impact across all channels customer touchpoints and stakeholder collaborations.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead brand and model campaignsacross omni-channel platforms ensuring creative alignment and customer journey integration.
- Manage product launches including messaging imagery POS material and stakeholder coordination.
- Maintain brand guidelinesand ensure consistency across all communications and touchpoints.
- Support product planning pricing and positioning with insights and stakeholder education.
- Oversee campaign performance reporting on brand metrics customer engagement and conversion.
- Manage budgets and agencies ensuring efficiency innovation and cross-functional collaboration.
About you:
- Proven ability to manage large brands product portfolios sponsorships and agency relationships with strategic thinking and executional excellence.
- Strong project management communication and stakeholder engagement skills with a proactive mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Solid digital marketing capability including campaign planning CRM and content creation across multiple platforms.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related field with strong business acumen leadership and a customer-centric collaborative approach.
