About the roleMōtetūrangamahi
We have a 13-month fixed term opportunity for experienced Project Manager (PM). As the PM in the Rehabilitation and Treatment Programme youll lead the delivery of initiatives that improve health outcomes for injured New Zealanders and sustainability of the ACC scheme. Youll work across a diverse programme of work that includes the claims management model the long-term claims pool social rehabilitation investment and elective surgery access.
Youll be responsible for managing scope timelines risks and stakeholder engagement across complex multi-stream projects. This role requires strong collaboration with clinical operational and policy teams and a focus on delivering measurable improvements in client experience and system performance.
About youMōu
- A proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects in a large and complex organisation including business and technology change. Experience in government and health would be beneficial
- Demonstrated strong delivery and leadership
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- High quality presentation oral and written communication skills including meeting and workshop facilitation experience
- Strong time management and organisational skills and
- Strong ability to manage complex project budget governance reporting and risk
- Knowledge and experience working with PRINCE2 or similar methodologies (qualification would be beneficial)

The appointing salary for this role will sit between $117787 - $166288 and we offer anadditional9% superannuation contribution.
