Job Summary

Were looking for a talented and hungry sales professional to help us keep the good energy flowing.  As our Business Development Manager youll play a lead role in identifying and growing sales and business opportunities to drive revenue and margin growth.   By identifying and developing strategic business relationships/ partnerships and working collaboratively to obtain new customers in the B2B and SME channels including large C&I customers and Retic you will contribute significantly to our wider business performance and our aim of making Rockgas the supplier of choice in all channels.


Qualifications :

Along with being an awesome team member with lots of initiative and a get up and go attitude you will have:

  • Proven senior level sales/business development experience (8 years)
  • A demonstrated track record of hunger for and success at driving and delivering profitable and sustainable new business growth revenue margin customers brand etc
  • Strong business/commercial acumen including an excellent understanding of sales processes and the ability to make decisions based on business data
  • Excellent ability to network and build relationships across all facets of our company including industry bodies appliance manufacturers decision makers and developers
  • Exceptional sales negotiation influencing and contract management skills
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in business or a commerce field is desirable as is previous sales/business development experience in B2B and/or the energy sector.
