Job Summary
Lead the full delivery lifecycle from initiation to final handoffDefine project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholdersDevelop and manage detailed project plans schedules and budgetsCoordinate cross-functional teams including engineering QA design and operationsMonitor progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategiesEnsure alignment between client expectations business objectives and team capabilitiesFoster a culture of accountability transparency and continuous improvementCommunicate effectively with clients stakeholders and senior leadershipManage resource allocation and optimize delivery processes for efficiencyConduct retrospectives and apply lessons learned to future projectsRequired SkillsStrong understanding of Agile Scrum or other project management methodologiesExcellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlinesProficiency in tools like JIRA Trello Asana or MS ProjectBachelors degree in Business IT Engineering or related field (Masters preferred for senior roles)
