Job Description
- Manage the receipt transfer turn-in collection and distribution of IT assets.
- Maintain an up-to-date and accurate inventory of all IT assets including hardware software and licenses.
- Track the entire lifecycle of assets from acquisition through deployment maintenance and retirement.
- Document all required equipment information including manufacturer model number serial number asset tagging (barcode) and data entry into inventory automated information systems.
- Capture and document data plate information and photographs of equipment as needed.
- Prepare issue and deliver equipment while maintaining Hand Receipts.
- Ensure compliance with asset lifecycle management principles.
- Utilize asset management tools and software to track and manage assets efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth distribution and tracking of assets.
- Maintain strong organizational analytical and communication skills to manage asset workflows effectively.
- Associates degree with 2 years of relevant experience or High School diploma with 4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management principles.
- Proficiency in asset management tools and software.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills for interaction with various teams and stakeholders.
- Be able to maintain awareness during scheduled working hours.
- Prolonged periods sitting or standing at desk and working on a computer (mouse and keyboard)
- Able to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; good command of the English language
- Execute tasks independently and work as a team.
- Learns and memories routine tasks.
- Strong organizational grammar business correspondence and self-management skills
